Mark received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree with Distinction from Northern Arizona University in 2012. A native of Eagle Idaho, Mark was a stand-out high school basketball player and played two years of college basketball at Big Bend Community College before finishing his undergraduate studies at his home town Boise State University where he graduated in 2009, Magna Cum Laude.
Mark is certified in both Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (The ASTYM System) and Functional Dry Needling as well as taken multiple courses in the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) and advanced orthopaedics courses through the prestigious North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).
Mark enjoys working with all types of patients ranging from children to geriatric, utilizing an eclectic mix of exercise prescription and various manual therapy techniques. His areas of specialty include orthopaedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, cervical and lumbar spine rehabilitation, overuse injuries and chronic pain. He strives to educate his patients for lasting results and is goal-oriented with individualized patient-centered treatments.
A native of the area, Mark and his wife and two children really enjoy getting to explore all the local trails and beauty our area has to offer. Mark loves spending time outdoors, attending a local cultural or sporting event, skiing in the winter, golfing when he finds time, and watching his kids participate in their various sporting activities.
